    Instead of just reading a description, you can now see a lifelike model of the meal from all angles. You can even use the Augmented Reality (AR) feature to place a virtual version of the dish on your table to see its actual size before you order.   • Once you've selected a dish on the menu, look for an "AR" button. Tap it, and your camera will open.
    You can then point your phone at your table to see a life-sized digital version of the dish right in front of you!

  • Yes! Our new system allows you to place your order and pay your bill directly from your phone for a faster, more convenient experience. If you prefer to order with a server, you can order the traditional way aswell.

  • Yes, your security is our top priority. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted system to ensure your information is kept safe.

  • Getting started is simple! After our initial consultation and agreement, we'll schedule a professional photoshoot at your location. Our team will handle the 3D scanning of your dishes. Once digitized, we'll build your interactive menu and integrate any other services you've chosen. We'll provide full training for you and your staff before going live.

  • Yes. Our system is a complete software and hardware solution. While our back-office dashboard is cloud-based and can be accessed from any device (including your phone), our operational tools like the Point-of-Sale (POS), Kitchen Display System (KDS), and customer kiosks are proprietary hardware. This hardware is specifically designed to connect seamlessly with our software, ensuring maximum reliability, speed, and security in your restaurant.

  • We believe in transparent pricing. The cost will be clearly outlined in your proposal, including the setup fee and the monthly subscription. Any potential extra costs, like for adding a large number of new 3D items, will be discussed and agreed upon upfront.

Support & Update Questions

  • We offer comprehensive support to all our clients. You'll have access to our support team via email and phone for any technical issues or questions. We also provide detailed training materials and a dedicated account manager for our Professional and Enterprise clients.

  • We pride ourselves on providing timely support. Our goal is to acknowledge all support requests within a few hours during the business day and resolve most issues within 24 hours. Critical issues, such as a system outage, are addressed with the highest priority.

  • Absolutely. As part of the onboarding process, we provide thorough training for you and your key staff members on how to use the dashboard, manage orders, and make menu updates. We also have easy-to-follow video tutorials and guides for training new employees in the future.

  • Our platform is designed for flexibility. You can instantly make changes like updating prices, editing descriptions, or marking an item as "sold out" directly from your management dashboard. If you want to add a completely new dish that requires 3D scanning, simply contact our support team, and we'll be happy to schedule a photoshoot for your new items.
